A wise individual decided some time ago to doodle hands on a nice snake picture he discovered. He shared it on the internet, the outcome was so satisfying. And then the war of the doodle started.
We told our readers to take part in this conflict some time ago, and we’re so happy we’ve done that. Snakes don’t always have the best reputation and certainly aren’t the cutest, but it turns out they only required some expressive hands and arms!
This list, gathered by Inspiral Viral, is a serpent celebration, slightly altered for our enjoyment in watching. It provides our slithery friends an entirely fresh view! It turns out that there is less to fear than you might think, because after all, snakes are’ armless.’
There are over 3,000 species of snakes on the planet, according to National Geographic, and they are discovered everywhere except in Antarctica, Iceland, Ireland, Greenland, and New Zealand. Approximately 600 species are poisonous, and only about 200—seven percent — can kill or wound a person considerably.
“Nonvenous snakes, ranging from harmless garter snakes to not-so-harmless pythons, dispatch their victims by swallowing them alive or restricting them to death. Whether they kill by poisoning or squeezing, almost all snakes consume their food whole, in sometimes amazingly big parts.”
